CNC Lathe & Turning Centers
Complementing our milling capabilities at FlexiTurn's Xi'an manufacturing base, our fleet of 15 high-precision CNC turning centers with live tooling delivers high-efficiency, multi-process machining for complex rotational and cylindrical components.

Engineered for turning, facing, threading, grooving, cross-drilling, and off-center milling in a single setup - reducing clamping errors and cutting lead times - these machines achieve exceptional concentricity and fine surface finishes. We machine a broad range of engineering materials, including aluminum alloys, stainless steels (304/316L/17-4PH), brass (C36000), copper (C110/C182), titanium (Grade 2/5), and engineering plastics. Key applications include custom shafts, precision bushings, connectors, sensor housings, custom flanges, EV battery module hardware components, and beyond.
We maintain standard batch turned tolerances of ±0.01mm to ±0.02mm for stable mass production, while critical outer diameters and tight inner bores can be finished to a tight tolerance of ±0.005mm via precision finishing processes. Operating under our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, this fleet supports seamless scaling from rapid turned prototypes to high-volume serial production.
