Copper CNC Machining

Electrical and thermal performance makes copper a key material for components used in power, electronics, and heat-transfer applications. FlexiTurn machines custom copper parts such as electrical contacts, terminals, busbars, heat-transfer components, electrodes and precision fittings using CNC milling, turning and drilling. Copper C101, C110 and other suitable grades can be selected according to conductivity and application requirements. From prototypes to repeat production, copper components can also be combined with polishing, plating and other finishing processes.
