Our 3-Axis Machining Capabilities
3-Axis Machining Capabilities
As the core production workhorse of FlexiTurn's Xi'an manufacturing base, our fleet of 25 high-speed 3-axis vertical machining centers delivers reliable, repeatable precision for a wide range of custom non-standard CNC machined components.

Optimized for prismatic machining, planar milling, drilling, and tapping, this fleet machines a full range of engineering materials - from aluminum alloys and stainless steels to copper, brass, titanium, and high-performance plastics. We serve diverse needs across EV, aerospace, medical, electronics and industrial automation sectors, with applications covering base plates, mounting plates, precision housings, structural brackets, assembly fixtures, custom parts, and beyond.
We maintain standard batch tolerances of ±0.02mm for stable mass production, while critical dimensional features can be finished to a tight tolerance of ±0.005mm via precision fine-machining processes. Backed by in-house DFM engineering support and our ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system, we deliver seamless scaling from rapid prototyping and low-volume customization to high-volume serial production.
