FlexiTurn's Custom Sheet Metal Fabrication Team at our Xi'an plant comprises experienced press-brake operators, laser cutting operators, MIG/TIG welders, and dedicated quality inspectors. The photo above shows part of our CNC bending cell. Specializing in laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, powder coating, and silk-screen printing, we work with cold-rolled steel, stainless steel (304/316), aluminum (5052/6061), and galvanized sheets to produce custom brackets, enclosures, chassis, and sheet metal panels. Tight process controls—from laser nesting, first-article bend verification, and weld inspection to final dimensional check and documented material traceability—hold all fabricated parts to ISO 2768-mK general tolerances, under our ISO 9001:2015-certified quality management system for EV, aerospace, and medical customers.
