Fabrication Process & Capabilities

- Surface Pretreatment & Powder Coating: All parts undergo complete edge deburring and zinc phosphating pretreatment prior to coating, to eliminate sharp edges, condition the steel substrate and ensure consistent coating adhesion. Black epoxy-polyester powder is electrostatically applied and oven-cured under controlled time-temperature parameters, delivering a uniform, abrasion-resistant finish with tightly controlled film thickness and full edge coverage.
