Quality Assurance – ISO 9001:2015 Certified

Quality is built into every step of our process – from the first design review to the final inspection of parts like the heat sink flange:

Free DFM Analysis – We don't just machine your parts; we optimize them. Our free Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis identifies potential manufacturing issues and cost-saving opportunities before production starts, ensuring smooth production and consistent quality.

Strict Inspection – We use CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines), optical measurement systems, surface roughness testers, and First Article Inspection (FAI) protocols to ensure every part meets your exact specifications. In-process inspections are conducted at every critical stage – precisely how we verify dimensional tolerances (down to ±0.001mm), coaxiality (≤ 0.02mm), and surface roughness (Ra ≤ 1.6μm) on every heat sink flange – with the flexibility to adjust tolerances according to your specific needs.

Supply Chain Quality – We work only with approved, certified material suppliers, and conduct incoming inspection on all raw materials before they enter our production floor.
