- Single-Setup Precision CNC Turning: Internal bores, spigot locating diameters, seal grooves and flange faces are machined from solid bar stock in one chucking with unified primary datums, eliminating re-chucking error to ensure true concentricity and face runout control. Rough and finish passes are separated with controlled depth of cut to relieve residual stress and prevent post-machining dimensional shift.
- Indexed Drilling & Tapping: Flange mounting holes are drilled and tapped via precision indexed fixturing tied directly to the turning datum, ensuring accurate angular spacing and true position relative to the central bore axis.
- In-House Precision Grinding (Sealing Grade): For high-integrity sealing applications, internal grinding and face grinding achieve IT6–IT7 diameter tolerances and controlled surface finish, eliminating seal groove surface chatter that causes accelerated seal wear.
- Secondary Finishing: Deburring, edge breaking and passivation are performed to specification. Electropolishing is available for cleanroom and high-purity fluid systems.
