C110 Copper Blanks

At FlexiTurn, we specialize in providing custom C110 Copper Blanks & Pre-Machining Services covering a full spectrum of product forms - including round bars, plates, sheets, strips, tubes, and forged blocks across various tempers (Soft Annealed O60, Half-Hard H02, Hard H04, conforming to ASTM B187 / B152 / B133 / B272 standards) - tailored to our customers' exact drawings and procurement specifications. Moving beyond traditional non-ferrous metal suppliers who only sell full-length mill bars, heavy mill rolls, or require high-volume mill orders, we offer a full suite of front-end pre-machining services: custom blank sizing, high-efficiency cut-to-length precision sawing (±0.1mm tolerance), cold NC waterjet/plate saw cutting, 6-side rough milling/squaring, inner/outer trepanning (preserving solid inner cores), deburring, ultrasonic degreasing, and anti-oxidant chemical passivation.

C110 Copper Blanks FAQs

When purchasing C11000 (ETP Copper / Cu-ETP / 2.0065 / C110 / T2) 99.90% pure electrolytic tough pitch copper, overseas buyers frequently face capital lockup due to volatile copper market prices, expensive shipping fees for full bars or heavy plates (paying freight on dead-weight scrap), severe burring and gummy chip-packing during local sawing or roughing, and rapid surface oxidation/tarnishing during transoceanic shipping. We provide flexible, small-batch, cut-to-size C110 copper blanks with front-end pre-machining—including cold waterjet cutting, precision sawing, 6-side milling/grinding, trepanning, and anti-tarnish chemical passivation. Clients receive clean, high-conductivity, tarnish-resistant blanks ready for immediate high-efficiency CNC finishing.
C11000 is the most widely specified commercial pure copper grade (Cu ≥ 99.90%), offering exceptional electrical conductivity (≥100% IACS) and outstanding thermal conductivity, along with excellent ductility and atmospheric corrosion resistance. Unlike ultra-high purity oxygen-free C10100, C11000 contains roughly 100–650 ppm of oxygen (in the form of cuprous oxide, ). While this makes C11000 significantly more cost-effective for general electrical and thermal management, care must be taken to avoid high-temperature (>370°C) hydrogen atmospheres to prevent hydrogen embrittlement.
Backed by fully certified import/export qualifications, all our C110 copper is sourced directly from tier-1 primary non-ferrous mills certified to ISO 9001 standards. Chemical composition (Cu ≥ 99.90%) strictly complies with ASTM B152 / B187 specifications. Every blank is stamped or tagged with its original furnace heat/lot number and accompanied by an official EN 10204 3.1 Mill Test Report (MTR) detailing direct-reading spectral analysis and eddy current electrical conductivity test data (ensuring ≥100% IACS) for 100% lot traceability.
First, mitigating copper price volatility and capital lockup—clients purchase exact pre-cut sizes for specific project runs without committing to tons of copper bars or full plates. Second, drastically reduced international freight costs—stripping oxide scale and eliminating 30%+ of excess dead weight prior to shipping prevents paying freight on metal chips. Third, bypassing gummy copper machining bottlenecks—utilizing our front-end NC equipment to handle sticky copper sawing and 6-side squaring eliminates tool adhesion, chip packing, and heavy burring on client machine tools.
Pure copper is highly sensitive to atmospheric moisture and fingerprint oils, quickly tarnishing into dark oxide or copper green (patina). We deliver C110 blanks in various surface conditions upon request: As-Rolled, Acid-Pickled/Drawn, 6-Side Milled, or Centerless Ground. Prior to dispatch, all blanks undergo ultrasonic degreasing, eco-friendly anti-oxidant passivation, and vacuum/moisture-proof sealing to maintain bright metallic luster during transoceanic transit and warehousing.
